Colonoscopy coding

The physician performs a colonoscopy, performs a submucosal injection.How should the procedures for this case be coded? Can we use 45380 & 45381 for this. Is there any modifier needed.

Colonoscopy coding

45380 indicates a biopsy or polyps removed by cold forceps. Therefore you can bill both 45380 or 45385 and 45381. No modifier.
