Re: removal of implanon

I had a pt come in for WWE and then discussed wanting her Implanon removed.
I billed wwe code along with ov with mod 25 and then removal of implanon 11976 with modifer 25 too.

They did not cover removal. Should I resend without modifier?

25 modifier is only for E&M services. You did not need it on removal code.
