groin exploration

I am having trouble finding a CPT® code for this procedure:

Incision made in the groin, dissection carried down thru SubQ tissue,dissected down to the external oblique aponeurosis. The aponeurosis was incised and divided
superiorly and inferiorly down to the internal ring. Sperm cord was elevated.exploration of the entire cord found no hernia. after thorough exploration, closure was done.
