Preventative diagnosis

Hi there,

We have had denials from commercial Moda Health Plan in regards to preventative dx Z13.4 when attached to the preventative screening forms 96110. A rep from Moda advised us to use the preventative code Z00.129 and they will then pay, although, this goes against their preventative policy. Can anyone shed some light on this topic?
