Billing for "GI cocktail"

Our provider requested that we bill for a "GI cocktail" she prepared in our office for her patient. The cocktail included: Lidocaine viscous 10cc, Donnatal 10cc, and Mylanta 30cc. We did purchase this drugs ourselves. Can we bill for this? If so, how?
