CPT® code for intranasal administration

I am looking for a CPT® code for the intranasal administration for a DDAVP stimulation test.
It is to confirm the diagnosis of nephrogenic diabetes insipidus.
I don't believe the admit code for immunization can be used.
This was done in a out patient hospital setting as this is a childrens hospital.
