Urine Drug Screen

CPT® 80104 was retired on 1/1/15 so I have been using G0434 for both commercial and government insurance. However, G0434 isn't reimbursed nearly as well as 80104 was. Is there a new code to replace 80104 for commercial insurance UDS?

Thanks for your response. I tried these back in January and it wasn't a recognized code. I will try them again and see if they'll go through now.
