CPT® for Gamma knife radiosurgery

Dx: Right trigeminal neuralgia

Description of Procedure: The Leksell head frame was placed by Dr. A (neurologist) in the usual manner. The trigeminal nerve was visualized. A single shot of 4-mm was suitably placed along the nerve. A dose of 90 Gray was prescribed to the 100% line. The procedure was implemented over approximately 30 minutes. It was well tolerated. The patient was dismissed in stable condition with instruction to followup with Dr. A.

confused about choosing code 61796 (single lesion) as there no mention of lesion.

Please advise.
