help with modifier

Would someone take a look at this and make sure it looks right? Should there be a 59 modifier on 93010? I don't presently have CCI edits. Any help is appreciated.

Hard to answer without documentation. If just looking at codes; 93010 hits a bundling edit included in 21480.
