Any ideas for how to code a 2-hour robot-assisted bilateral ovarian cystectomy with lysis adhesions? Use the unlisted code and send op report?

58662 would be for the removal of the ovarian cysts and this also includes lysis of adhesions. The lysis of adhesions to get to the operative field to perform surgery is integral to all surgical procedures when adhesions exist.
