Advice on Coding Chemotherapy Infusions

I would like to seek advice on coding Chemotherapy Infusions. The scenario is for example the patient received a chemo drug A continuous infusion that started on started on July 8th at 7:00 p.m. and ended on July 15th at 7:04 p.m. In addition the patient received another chemotherapy drug B on July 8th ( 45 min infusion), July 10th at (45 min infusion) and July 12th(45 min infusion). Drug A ran continuously , while Drug B infused through a Central line( drugs are compatible). How would these infusion be coded?
