Repeat allergy testing

I have a patient who we tested for allergies. He tested a false negative due to medication he was taken. The medication was stopped and he was retested and tested positive. I'm not sure how to bill this. I think I might be able to bill for the first test as I normally would and then bill the retest adding a 76 modifier.
