Is there a code for the actual procedure for an IVC filter insertion?

IVC Filter Codes

Codes for IVC placement - 36010, 37620, 75940.
If a diagnostic IVC gram is done then add 75825-59.

There is an update: 75940 and 37620 have been replaced with one code that satisfies both. The new code is 37191.
