Diagnostic mammogram and E/M

If our radiologist is interpretating a diagnostic mammogram along with performing the breast ultraound and discussing with the patient at the same encounter her/his findings and results with the patient is it appropriate for payors to bundle all procedure codes into the E/M? For example this is what i typically submitt: G0206-26, 76645-26, and E/M code 99212. Also, The place of service is 22, and we do not own any of the equipment.

re: Diagnostic mammogram and E/M

I am not an expert on Radiology billing, but I think it is unusual for the Radiologist in this situation to bill an E/M.

The report is going back to the ordering physician, and I would think the ordering physician would do the E/M.

Anyone else?
