Can Somebody Help?

I'm kind of stuck with this coding problem and I hope anyone can help me and also let me know if this is the right way to post questions here. Thanks in advance!

Case 1:
A 3-year-old child came into the outpatient surgery center to have dental caries filled and caps placed on his teeth due to nursing bottle decay syndrome. Anesthesia was provided by an anesthesiologist. Assign the correct CPT® code for the anesthesia service. Modifiers should be included.

I'm thinking that you would be using moderate sedation services(99148) provided by a pyhsicina or other qualified health care professional other than the health care professional performng the sevices, this code is for youner than 5 years of age and for the first 30 minutes.
