House calls

I heard Medicare is changing the codes for domicile visits. Is it true?
Also can a Pa provide house calls and at what rate are they reimbursed?

CPT has word deletions in 2010 but these are for Initial and Subsequent Nursing Home encounters, not Domiciliary.
A PA functions under State Practice Laws, you must check the scope of practice in your state. For Medicare, if allowed by state law, reimbursement is 85% of what a physician would receive (and then 80% of the 85%). You must be specific on site of service, example, home health, nursing home, private residence (Home).
