Pt complains of discomfort when getting dressed of skin at a former flap site (hip). Doctor wants to do debulking of the flap. What CPT® would I use?

Another doctor in the practice did a pedicled Gracilis flap, pedicled VRAM and V-Y fasciocutaneous flap for vulvar reconstruction, all in the same operative session. What CPT® codes should I use?
