Transphenoidal Approach 62165

Physician is billing 62165 for Endoscopic Transphenoidal Approach to pituitary tumor and aslo full thickness mucosa graft to close sella. How woudl you code the mucosa graft to sella, or can we bill for that? He said he is covering the dura but it is not for CSF leak. It would still be included in 62165, correct? Thanks for your help.

It does not include graft, we use 20926 sometimes.
