Face to Face Attestations for Home Health Certifications

As a physicians office are we required to maintain a copy of the face to face attestation in our records/office? We have heard conflicting information with the home health agencies saying we don't need them, but a Medicare Rep states we do need them (she did not provide what she referenced for us to refer to).
