Cesarean delivery

If our Family Practice Doctor saw a prenatal patient which is a repeat cesarean for her antepartum care and our doctor assist the OB/GYN phys in the cesarean and then we see the patient for her postpartum care. Would we bill 59510 with modifier 80 or should we bill the antepartum care codes 59425-59426 and then 59515 with modifier 80? Thank you
