Code for endoscopic harvest saphenous vein for bypass graft

I'm trying to find the CPT® code for endoscopic harvesting of saphenous vein for bypass graft. In the CPT® index under Harvesting, the only choice for endoscopic is "Upper Extremity Vein," but the saphenous vein is definitely a lower extremity vein. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

What is the main procedure being performed? Most of what I have read indicates that harvest of the saphenous vein is typically considered inclusive to the primary procedure being performed.
