Description of procedure:
I place the Medtronic Octrode lead into the introducer needle and placed this into the mid third part of the T9 vertebral body. The upper part of the lead was left where the lower part of the lead was right of midline. I then hooked this up to the impulse generator and we had good coverage in the left side, low back and left buttock as well as right buttock. I withdrew the introducer needle as well as the stylette. The lead was sutured to the skin.
