We do ultrasound guided injections in office. Does anyone else have a problem with certain payors not paying on this code(76800)? We are using this code with 76880 as well and that code always gets paid. The reason code on this is that the code is considered new and/or experimental.
The billing of these injections is being coded as:

99212-25
64421-50
64418-50-59
64415-50-59
64413-50-59

76800
76880 (We own the equipment and interpet.)

If anyone has advice or an opinion on how to rectify this it would be greatly appreciated.
