office visit

So a pt comes in for a sore elbow. The doc does a drainage because he has fluid on his elbow. He also states he has something in the eye. So doc does a fluro exam and sees something in the eye. Now he does a foreign body removal and the pt has a corneal abrasion as well. Can I bill out for an office visit, the eye exam and the foreign body removal all in one day? I know I would need a 25 modifier on the office visit, but do I need any other modifiers on the eye exam and the foreign body removal?

I just wanted to add that he used a slit lamp as well. There are a lot of procedures and can someone please help me out with the correct billing for this office visit. Thank you
