ovarian fenestration

I have a doctor that is doing "Ovarian Fenestration" for polycystic ovarian syndrome. She says it is an old procedure that is not done much anymore, but is starting to be done again and it involves poking 25-30 holes in each ovary. I'm trying to find a CPT® code and I'm stuck between 58970, 58662 and 49322. Would any of those be correct, or do I need to use an unlisted code? Thanks!
