enterectomy without anastamosis w/ decompression

Need advice on how to code this:
a 10 cm section of badly perforated jejunum was resected and a tube was placed to decompress the rest of the intestine. Abdomen was left open with wound vac in place. Plan was to perform anastamosis another day after patient stabilized.
Would this be 44120 -52 with 44021?
