Opinions please on whether you would accept this documentation to support an I&D being billed with an office visit.

SKIN: Warm & Dry, 10.5 X 12 CM Erythema with abrasions and 3 X 3 CM abscess. Procedure I&D of abscess after informed consent and prep with alcohol. 0.25 ml pus obtained. Procedure tolerated well.
