DIEP flap

I was using 19364 for DIEP flap for breast recon patients & was just told it wasn't correct. 19364 is for the free flap only. What code is used for the DIEP flap?

This question was just asked and answered the other day. CPT® 19364 is the accurate CPT® code for a DIEP flap. If your payor recognizes HCPCS II codes then you can use S2068.

That should be 19364 not 19365
