Coding

I'm taking a classes now, and I seem to be getting more confused. I read the case studies and there's a bunch of dx's on there, do I code everyone of then or just the main ones that are treated?

I code the reason(s) for the encounter and other chronic issues that are addressed. No yu would code everything on the list.
