Billing for a Medical Office Visit
Patient was referred by his Primary Care Provider for a swollen optic nerve. Upon completion of exam no swollen optic nerve was found. Trying to figure out how to bill patient's insurance so we can get paid for this medical office visit. No medical issues were found; therefore, we don't have a medical diagnosis to file for.

A long shot V19, V19.1 but, I would put money on 368, 368.1 or 368.13.
Gotta love it when a PCP acts like an opthamologist.
