Need help with a "podiatry/Medicare" code

I need some help. Our Podiatrist did an excision of a subcutaneous soft tissue mass in the plantar aspect of the foot. Mass was 2.0x1.8x0.9 cm. I billed under 28039. Medicare rejected this stating this is not a podiatry code. Is there a code just for podiatry for this excision. Thanks
