My doctor is Family Practice and performs UDS moslty for pain management patients. Can I bill the UDS on separate claims and is there a limit of performing test per month/year? I am asking because Novitas is the new administrator for our state effective mid of August, 2012. They have pended claims needing documentations including ABN? Never had this problem with previous administrator.
