flu vaccine CPT® codes

I need clarification on flu shot CPT® codes. I know there's a new code of Q2038 to use for Medicare patients. Is this code strictly used on Medicare or can this CPT® code be used for commercial insurance patients ALSO? Please help!!

HCPCS codes for flu vaccine Q2035 thru Q2039 depending on which one you are giving are strictly for Medicare. I also bill them to the Medicare HMO's.
