PFT's

I am having trouble with getting my PFT's paid with the new replacement podes. The code I am having trouble with getting paid is 94728. They bundle it with 94060. Eventhough 94060 has a 59 modifier on it it still gets bundled. This so far I have only seen with medicare. Any suggestions?

94728- Airway resistance by impulse oscillometry - 2012 work RVU = 0.26; Report with: 94729 Diffusing capacity (when appropriate).
Do Not Report with:94010 Spirometry, 94060 Bronchodilation/Spirometry, 94070 Bronchospasm provocation, 94375 Respiratory flow volume loop, or, 94726 Plethysmography.
94060 Bronchodilation responsiveness, spirometry as in 94010, pre- and post-bronchodilator administration- 2012 work RVU = 0.26: Do not Report With codes:
94150-Measurement of vital capacity (94150) is a component of spirometry and is only reported when performed alone; 94200 -Maximal breathing capacity; 94375 -Flow volume loop; or, 94728 – Airway resistance.

In a nutshell, 94728 will always be bundled with 94060?

I just checked 2012 CCI Edits. You cannot bill these two codes together. Sorry.
