Medicaid well woman exam
How are others billing Medicaid for a well woman exam, patient is 53 years old coming in for her annual, but it is not really family planning?? Medicaid manual only addresses family planning/contraceptive management. Would it need to be billed that way?

It is very difficult to answer Medicaid questions, because each state Medicaid program is allowed to set its own rules within CMS's broad requirements.
