Global Post-Op Service denial by NJ BCBS

I Billed out a claim for $371.94 with 3 CPT's on it. CPT® - 29550 with Modifier 79 & RT, CPT® - 99214 with 24 Modifier & CPT® - 73620 with RT modifier. BCBS of NJ has re-imbursed 73620 & 29550 denying CPT® - 99214 as inclisive.... And for the future dates billed they are denying 99213 & 99214 stating Post-operative procedure which is included in 29550. Can anythin can be done to get all the o/v codes paid.

Provider's speciality is Podiatry.

What was the first procedure performed for which this is the global period? 29550 has 0 global days ,but if you're in the global period for another procedure, the E/M's won't be paid.
