Inpatient Coding Surgery

I have a question about a problem I am working on it reads, recurrent dislocated shoulder. The surgery was for hospital inpatient and stated as follows debridement of the acromion, subacromial bursectomy, division of the coracoacromial ligament and the abrasion acromioplasty. The codes for the answer are 718.31 and 81.82. How is this combined together as one code?
