I just received a Medicare denial on 96367 with 6 units billed. Is 5 the maximum allowed now? Or is this still the biggest kept secret by Medicare?

MUE at the beginning of the year was 3 units. That was supposed to be increased due to protests, but the new "official" limit remains "confidential". I would be surprised if it is greater than four.
