Question on "Plain English"(Code it right) description of code 20926..what would be the code for the “transplantation of this graft..”

"The physician harvests a tissue graft, not covered in any other code, such as a paratenon, fat or dermis graft. The paratenon is the fatty or synovial tissue between a tendon and its sheath. The physician creates an incision at the donor site and harvests the tissue. The donor site is closed with layered sutures. Transplantation of this graft is reported separately."


Also, what would be the appropriate code to bill for the following procedure?

PROCEDURE; The patient was prepped and draped in usual sterile fashion after adequate general anesthesia was obtained. Through two lateral ports about 300 ml liposuction fluid was injected into the abdomen. A total of 160 ml of lipoaspirate was then removed. This was then processed using the Cytori system and a total of 45 ml of lipotransfer was obtained using a 3 ml syringe, 15 injections were then used to fill in the defect of the cheek and overlying the mandible and the jaw line. An 18-gauge needle was used to make Rhizotomies to release the skin
