Radiation Code Changes 2015

Codes 77403, 77404, 77406, 77408, 77409, 77411, 77413, 77414, 77416 have been deleted and now only 77402, 77407 and 77412 are to be used. However, CMS has created and assigned codes G6003 through G6016 to replace these deleted CPT® codes.

My question is - will these G codes only be recognized by Medicare or will they be used across the board for all carriers?

Thanks for any input. There is some confusion about this here.
