Billing Nurse Visit for weight checks

Is it appropriate to bill a 99211 for a Nurse Visit for patients who come in monthly for a weight check with the Nurse. These patients have a Dx of obesity and have been prescribed a medication to assist with weight loss? The BMI is documented, but no vitals are documented. If vitals are being documented by the nurse wouldn't that change things?
