Vestibular Rehab

I have a coding question about Vestibular Rehab for a Home Health patient with the following Dx's. Vertigo (780.4), Abnormality of Gait (781.2), HTN (401.9), Epitaxis (784.7), Nasal Congestion (478.19), Deaf, Left Ear (389.9) Hearing Loss, Rt Ear (389.8) I have been coding part-time for less than 6 months and have only 1 week of experience in Home Health Coding. (I have been a RN for over 23 years which does help ..some) Can anyone tell me the correct way to code this Pt's DX for his Home Health Admit ? I appreciate any and all feedback.
