Need help with coding! Pituitary tumors

Our surgeon: patient had an endoscopic nasal approach with a recurring pituitary adenoma within the sella

1) tumor was resected out of the right cavernous sinus and parasellur region

2) tumor was resected from midline clivus along with partial clival resection

3) resection of tumor of the brain stem of the posterior fossa in the interpeduncular cistern.

the other sureon is not billing his part.
we billed 62165, 61618, 64999 & 20926. Did we use the right codes? If so, how would you appeal CPT® 64999?
