Multiple procedure codes

I received prior authorization to bill 1 hour of each for a 4-hour neuropsychological evaluation. Normally I would bill 96118 for this, but prior authorization was for 90791, 96116, 96118, and 96125. Can you bill for these on the same day and visit?
