Acute stroke to the right corona radiata

Hi, I have coded I63.9 cerebral infarction NOS for this diagnosis (hospital OBV) and am reviewing codes I63.59 (cerebral infarction d/t NOS occlusion/stenosis other cerebral artery), I63.8 (other cerebral infarction), and I67.9 G46.7 (cerebrovascular disease NOS + other lacunar syndromes) as well.
