Can we bill 43239 AND45378 with AG Modifier for Medicaid Insurance or do we need to code G0121

You can bill 43329 & 45378 together but G0121 is for screening colonoscopies for Medicare or Medicare replacement policies.

I bill 45378 every day and I have never used AG modifier.

I bill colonoscopies almost daily and I have never had to use -AG modifier.
