laceration repair

Patient came in with dog bite on hand. The first laceration was 4cm and the second laceration was 1.8cm. Doctor closed both and other lacerations were treated with steri-strips. Can we bill for two laceration closures?

If on same site, same degree of closure (ex, simple)--add the lengths together and report sum total, one code
