Auditing E/M Exam

Does anyone know if there is any guide lines to the statement "Extended Examination" of the body area(s) or organ system(s) relating to the presenting problem --- this will give you a detailed exam.. I have found this statement in Intelicode and not sure what is needed to constitute a extended exam other than 6-7 body areas or organ systems.
