Billing Psychotherapy

Can you bill for family psychotherapy (90847) and individual with play therapy (90834+90785) at the same time?

no, (I'm taking you literally here, I realize) not for the "same time" period of service - one can only bill one primary code (not counting for interactive complexity, etc) for a given service contact; . . . and it will depend on your payor source if you can even bill for both on the same day (at different times on the same day) as to whether you'll be reimbursed - in most cases I believe you will not be reimbursed.
