Neuropsychological Codes for Primary Care hysicians

What is the best and most appropriate sequence of billing the 96 neuropsychological codes for a primary care practice?

Our office has developed a basic paper screening questionnaire to discover patients who may have a memory or cognitive problem or concern. I read that over 90% of MCI (mild cognitive impairment ) goes underdiagnosed in primary care practice settings. We want ot help delay the onset of dementia thru proactive treatment.

I want to discover these patients and test them further to see what the physical cause of thier cognitive problem might be, i.e., thyroid deficiency, vitamin deficiency, trauma, or early Alzheimer's Disease.

After they present wih a problem, should I first test with the cognitive computer test we have installed and bill on 96120 and then bill on 96118 for a further evaluation if they perform poorly on the computer test?

Or should I bill 96118 or 96116 first and then the 96120. What about 96103 and 96152 ?
